Cooking seafood at home can sometimes be intimidating, especially when preparing a fish you’re not familiar with or when you’re trying a new technique. Our culinary director, Chef Kelsey Coulson, has pulled together a selection of her recipes to help guide you through the process and to hopefully inspire you try a new fish from the market.
