Ahi Poke

Ingredients:

3/4 pound Sushi Grade Ahi Tuna
Toasted Sesame Oil
Wakame*
Gochugaru (Korean Crushed Chili Flakes)
Salt

Method:

  • Cut the tuna into 1/2 inch cubes.

  • Season the tuna with salt and toss to combine.

  • Add the gochugaru to your liking, and toss to combine.

  • Add enough sesame oil to coat all of the cubes and gently stir.

  • Add the wakame to your liking, and gently mix.

  • Serve immediately.

  • Try with steamed rice or crispy wonton chips.
