Ahi Poke
Ingredients:
3/4 pound Sushi Grade Ahi Tuna
Toasted Sesame Oil
Wakame*
Gochugaru (Korean Crushed Chili Flakes)
Salt

Method:
Cut the tuna into 1/2 inch cubes.
Season the tuna with salt and toss to combine.
Add the gochugaru to your liking, and toss to combine.
Add enough sesame oil to coat all of the cubes and gently stir.
Add the wakame to your liking, and gently mix.
Serve immediately.
Try with steamed rice or crispy wonton chips.
